1984 ASI is developed and operates as a division of Andrews Records Management to manage the company's accounting and operational systems.
1985 Corporate Keeper is developed.
1987 The first outside sale of Corporate Keeper is made to Dataport, a large New York-based information management company.
1989 First installation of DOS MiniKeeper. Allows clients to conduct their own data entry, create reports and update information to and from the records center via diskette.
1992 DOS Vault Keeper, a program designed specifically for vault management, is installed at Andrews Records Management.
1993 DOS Client Vault Keeper is developed, allowing data center clients to manage their account information.
1997 The first of its kind on the market, InfoKeeper , our client-side web-based software package, is released.
2000 Visual Corporate Keeper (32-bit application) is released. ASI is established as an independently run company from Andrews Records Management and becomes one of seven in the Andrews family of companies.
2001 Client Vault Keeper (32-bit application) product is released.
2002 Multiple enhancements made to Visual Corporate Keeper as part of standard package. Several enhancements to InfoKeeper are released, securing its position as the market's leading-edge web software program.
2003 Comprehensive management reporting added to Visual Corporate Keeper. Visual Vault Keeper is released.
2004 Veri-Shred information destruction software is released. VCK webCONNECT is released, combining the access of InfoKeeper with the functionality of Visual Corporate Keeper and hosted by the records center. InfoKeeper Plus is released providing records center customers with online access to their digital archives.
2005 ASI Mobile scanning software is released. ASI launches WebShare online training for clients.
ASI introduces MS MapPoint® routing technology to Veri-Shred.
2006 ASI's global growth continues as it adds Kenya, Switzerland, Latvia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar to its growing list of 25+ countries with RIM facilities utilizing ASI software solutions. Achieves Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status.
2007 VVKweb.NET is launched, employing Microsoft's latest .NET technology, providing records center clients with real-time online access and control of their media assets.
2008 VCK-SQL is released, providing a fully integrated, customizable software solution for records centers, utilizing SQL Server 2005 or higher.
